Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, supplier adjustments, or government taxes.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
Customer cancellations
Refunds depend on notice period and supplier terms; administrative fees may apply.
Company cancellations
If we cancel a tour, customers may choose between a full refund or an alternative arrangement.
Force majeure
No refunds for cancellations caused by events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemics).
3. Traveler Responsibilities
Travel documents
Customers must hold valid passports, visas, and health certificates.
Health & fitness
Travelers must ensure they are medically fit for the journey.
Conduct
Respect for local laws, cultures, and fellow travelers is mandatory.
4. Liability
Service providers
We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, and transport companies; we are not liable for their acts or omissions.
Personal belongings
Responsibility for luggage and valuables rests with the traveler.
Limit of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour package.
5. Insurance
Mandatory insurance
We strongly advise travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, cancellations, and theft.
6. Governing Law
