Matata Perks uses the information you provide to plan, book, support, and communicate about your journeys. Account, booking, payment-reference, document, and communication records are visible only to you and authorised Matata Perks staff.

Payments are completed through a certified payment processor; Matata Perks does not store complete card or mobile-money credentials. Transactional emails are delivered through a specialist email provider. Each provider processes data under its own terms and safeguards.

You may ask us to correct, export, or delete eligible personal information by contacting matatatreks@gmail.com. Some financial and booking records may need to be retained where required for legitimate business, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal purposes.
