Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Matata Perks account and every piece of data connected to it at any time. Deletion removes your profile, bookings, payment history, messages, and travel documents from our systems. This cannot be undone.

1. 1. Sign in to your Matata Perks profile.
2. 2. Open Profile → Profile & preferences and scroll to “Delete my account”.
3. 3. Type DELETE and confirm. Your account and all related data are removed immediately.

If a booking has an active payment, message your specialist team first so refunds can be settled. If you can no longer sign in, email matatatreks@gmail.com from the address on your account and we will delete it for you.
